more about me
My interests still overshadow my past life in the film and video industry. I have lived all over the country and have held many jobs chasing dreams at the end of my fingertips and ever-stretching rainbows.
The health industry and it's miraculous treatments chose me. I fell in love with food and the tribe surrounding it. I have always wanted to help people. Not groups per say, just individuals, one on one. I have tested and tried myself and have become very aware of self maintenance by food.
I was born with Cerebral Palsy (an abnormal development to the brain and bone structure in which nerves and muscles suffer dearly). I spent 33 years adjusting to a life of chronic pain and inflammation without realizing that I did not have to live that life anymore. I was used to the false expectations from past experiences of doctors tests and trials.
November 2015. The amazing, talented and inspiring team at "Averio Health Institute" introduced me to what 48 chiropractic adjustments and eating extremely healthy can do in one week. I was awake from my Cerebral Palsy coma. My experience made me began to understand the impact we have on ourselves by eating clean natural foods and staying active, and also the dire affects of living a sedimentary lifestyle.
In the summer of June, 2017 I graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA) as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP). The training I received gave me the skills to assess nutritional and supplemental needs in order to bring the body back into a balanced state in a normal holistic way.
On May 8th, 2018, I received Stem Cell Therapy. This was and still is an amazing experience. Since than I have been experiencing complete relaxation. The way I think and process along with my mental clarity has chilled. First my vision and sight were magically enhanced. An overload of feel good endorphins. Right away I began to "feel" different, but in an amazing way. In 30 seconds I was balancing on one foot and my reaction speed doubled. In one hour I realized my right leg was straight. Since than my bodies mass and strength have shifted and evened out. It has been almost 6 months since blood infusions and the improvements keep on coming. My brain has been a lightning storm of new connections.
September 24, 2018, I received my Certificate in NeuroNutrition Therapy. This class addressed the stomach and brain connection from a nutritional perspective and how food, allergies, and inflammation can play part in brain health.
June, 10th, 2019, I received my second dose of my very own enhanced stem cells. Completely different from my first, but very necessary
October 16, 2021, I completed a short course in Cognitive Decline and Alzheimer. From the stomach to the brain we thrive from our guts ability to digest and properly send vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to where they are needed and most effective.
My life long goal is to always be curious and keep learning. Nutrition has not changed in thousands of years. All the same concepts still apply as they did when we were hunters and gatherers.
